  I feel I am being generous with a rating of one star. I came in to relive a childhood memory of drinking cold, refreshing Root-beer and instead was given the worst "service" (if you call it that) in the history of fast-food. When I first walked in the place reeked of feet and fecal matter, I didn't even bother to step inside their restrooms for fear of what was in there because that was where the stench was protruding from. I ordered two frosty mugs and some small French fries, when they were making the French fries they simply threw in the microwave and fried it after. I can understand they want to use the fries they already made, that part is not a big deal, however through the whole ordeal there was no quality service at all. And I've worked in the food service industry so I know how difficult customers can be but we were not at all asking for too much or being rude. They delivered us the re-fried crust of fries that resembled the color and texture of rust and moments after gave us the two frosty mugs so we could fill. The mugs were not even clean, they held thick residue from a previous customer that had a root beer float. So I took it back to the counter and politely asked for a cleaner mug, however they did not say a word, no "oh I'm so sorry" or "let me get you a clean one", instead they simply took it from me, rolled their eyes and went to (possibly) go get a new cleaner mug. Then we went to find a seat we noticed how disgustingly filthy and under kept the entire place was. Every seat had crumbs, what hopefully was gravy stains, and bits of trash. Not only that but every seat you would sit in felt as if they placed glue in the seat. The chairs and tables were incredibly sticky, I wasn't sure if it was just because they didn't take care of the place or they thought that making us stick to the chairs may be the only way to keep customers in there. It was a horrible experience and I do not recommend this particular restaurant. Any other A&W or KFC may work but I promise you will not gain satisfaction from here. I have always been a reasonable customer and server of food so hopefully you take my word that there isn't an ounce of satisfaction or quality in that building.

  DO. NOT. GO. HERE. I walk into this place at 9:30pm and they close at 10pm. I didn't come in at 9:45p or even 9:55pm! I was greeted by an extremely stoned teenager. I just want to point out when I say "stoned" I mean his eyes could bleed they were so red. He says to me and I quote "We only got one burger." I'm like "Whaaa?" He says and I quote again "I can't get anything with 2 patties only one." Legit wish I had my phone to record this but with my luck I didn't have it on me. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere/anywhere else. You'll be happy you did. :)
