  I was told my food would be ready soon. After waiting 10 minutes, I walked up to check on the status of the food and the man preparing the food hadn't even started putting it together. He quickly picked up a burger and fries and gave it to me. The store wasn't even busy.

  I am friends with an older gentleman who is not very mobile. On Halloween, he walked the 3 blocks over to the McDonald's, which in his condition takes about a half an hour to do so. When he got there at approximately 6 PM, maybe a little later, one of the workers turned him away and locked the door. All my friend wanted was to get the Big Mac for a Dollar the day after a broncos game and they wouldn't serve him. He then had to sit in the parking lot for another half hour until he was rested up to make the half hour trip back to his house. We will not be going to this McDonalds any more.
