  The store itself is fine but getting in and out of the parking lot and moving through the parking lot can be difficult.

  Groceries. Hate the parking lot. Closest to me but I will seek out the store on 80th and Wadsworth because I like it so much more.

  This is not the first time that I have experienced this. The managers were highly rude. Although I am not angry at them, I only want this problem to be solved. Jennifer the General Merchandise Manager did not want to return my brand new/never opened hair care products with out a receipt( even for store credit). Although l some of those products were on the shelf for sale. She also was raising her voice at me and was acting very impolite. Then I asked to speak with the store manager but he/she was not present, so she called for the service Manager named Ron. To my great surprise, he didn't even come over to talk to me but instead met Jennifer on the side and she explained the situation to him... incorrectly. Then He told me that she was right and I was wrong. I said "Can I speak with you," but he just came over and said he was busy, and walked off on me. While I tried to talk and tell him my side of the situation. Overall it was a very undelightful experience.
