  My daughter and son in law requested a small cake with cupcakes for their wedding in September 2016. The cupcakes were dense and dry. The design was suppose to be a daisy and looked like a weed. I did not have one guest tell us that the cupcakes were good. As a matter of fact; We were told they were awful. We had 50 cupcakes left over and had to throw them away. We all tasted them and had one bite and tossed them. Not one of us got to enjoy the cupcakes. I called to complain and was told that since they weren't fondant daisies that that's what we got and that I was exaggerating about the cupcakes. I told them that if I would've thrown one at a guest I would've mamed them. That is the truth, they were that bad. They never once told us the baker couldn't do a daisy nor that cupcakes tend to be dry since not a cake. I suggested they needed to let people know this in advance. I believe they baked them way too early and froze them. We did not get any type of compensation other than offered 3- 6 inch cakes; 1 for the bride and groom, 1 for the mother of the bride and 1 for father/mother of the groom. We haven't received those cakes due to the distance from our houses to the bakery. The cake tasting experience was great and we loved the white wedding cake unanimously. Every wedding has flaws but I consider this experience to be a disaster and big disappointment. A wedding cake can ruin a wedding.

  A wonderful family owned and operated bakery. We had our wedding cakes made by Zach in 2009, which were amazing. Now I take my two daughters there for a wonderful cookie or other fantastic treat. They just made my 1 year old a beautiful smash cake that was made exactly how my wife described it to them and I thought it was reasonably priced.
